Lemonade Anyone?

Everyone here at Publik Draft House hopes y'all had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend! As we go into the hot days of summer, we hope you come into to try our Claret Lemonade. Our rendition, recreated by one of our bartenders Daniel Schmidt, is sure to cool you off before it gets too muggy out there. Even if you don't come in to try our relaxing blend of claret wine and lemons, come in to check out our sports line up with soccer around the corner. Yep the FIFA games will be playing on our flat screens lined up with alot of brewskies. Seems like soccer is really gaining momentum here in the south. Yayy! Food Glorious Food!

"Food Glorious Food" is what I say life should be all about! How many times do we ponder about what our next meal is going to be. Trust! I do it all the time. I think I am doing it right now even though I have just noshed a wonderful dinner from my spouse. I know i'm a pig, but isn't that what comforts us and takes us from one moment to another? I know it has me, especially this past week. Yes, it was a stressful one, but what was one highlight was one of my chef's creations. This salad was a Coconut Shrimp Salad with a Pineapple Salsa. Light but satisfying. Above is a mouthwatering picture. Wish it were on the menu, but I think I will beg chef Rob to make it again sometime. If you come in with me, we could beg together. LOL. Anyway, however you satisfy yourself, please do so. Treat yourself, and I mean with food! It is glorious and you should live it and eat it!
